Spanning 2,080 sq m, this expansive facility features sand-coloured interiors that echo the resort’s desert surrounds. Featuring tropical rainforest effects with state-of-the-art facilities, The Rainforest is a journey through 16 unique experiences with a focus on body detoxification and relaxation.
The resort’s 60-minute Rainforest Experience, priced at Dh150+ per person is a choice treatment for couples and individuals. Guests begin with a Rain Walk featuring a series of cleansing showers and a Sole Therapy pebbled pond with hot and cold water pockets which gently massage the soles of feet. The Aroma Steam includes two scented steam capsules (rooms) followed by an icy Bucket Drench Shower to close the pores post-steam. The Brine Cavern, a salt-infused steam cabin, clears the nasal passage while the Ice Igloo awakens the senses with a cold rub-down from ice crystals. The Vitality Pool features six different acupressure jet stations, with heated wooden loungers to conclude the session.
Guests can also indulge in the 150-minute Rainforest Indulgence signature treatment priced at Dh700+, which includes The Rainforest Experience along with a Body Wrap and Indian Head Massage, Body Scrub and a choice of Body Massages delivered by the intuitive touch of skilful therapists. All spa treatments (except hand, foot and hair treatments) have an additional 30-minute Calm Time, which comprises a welcome footbath and post-treatment refreshments and relaxation.
