A visit to London, Dublin, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Brussels, Frankfurt and Munich can be complemented with a trip to these fashionable villages that provide the luxuries of high-end shopping, but with savings of up to 60 per cent on the recommended retail price.
