TDIC releases rehabilitated turtles at Saadiyat Beach
Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, released a dozen rehabilitated Hawksbill turtles back to the sea this morning, celebrating World Turtle Day.

The World Turtle Day takes place on May 23 every year.
The released turtles were rehabilitated at a special centre on Sir Bani Yas Island.
The event took place at Saadiyat Beach Club, where representatives from TDIC’s environment team carefully released the turtles as delegates from the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi and more than 50 students, teachers, and guests looked on. - TradeArabia News Service
