Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa has recently opened an energetic foodie offering for its guest and local residents with a Mediterranean flair.
Inspired by the shores of Marbella and Ibiza, Sol Beach Lounge & Bar is a fun, friendly and engaging al fresco spot offering a full daytime menu and special sundowners treats within its open bar.
Perfect for a daytime chill out to escape the midday sun or a glass of bubbles and snacks as the sun sets, Sol Beach Lounge & Bar offers a menu of fresh seafood and light bites, a statement said.
Flanked by private dining cabanas, the gourmet outlet serves as one of the main dining options for guests of the 475-guestroom resort, which has recently seen a multimillion-dirham investment into its leisure offerings.
The resort is now home to over 151 renovated luxury villa rooms set aback from the bustle of the main hotel for the ultimate in privacy, each complete with either an expansive terrace on the ground floor leading directly to the beach, or a balcony affording views of the Arabian gulf. Some of these villa rooms also boast private pools.
Guests are also offered a contemporary Lebanese inspired restaurant, Al Maeda. The upscale Arabic cuisine restaurant, which provides traditional dishes found in the heart of Lebanon, is slated to open in March. – TradeArabia News Service
