New seafood restuarant opens at Wyndham Garden Ajman

Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche has unveiled a new seafood dining destination in the emirate with the opening of Seascape Restaurant.

Seascape presents a unique dining experience for seafood lovers, with its freshly-cooked meals set amidst a chic and relaxing ambience. The restaurant highlights a ‘catch of the day’ section where guests can pick from a variety of fish including salmon, hammour, and king fish; and shellfish like lobster, crabs and prawns. Guests are then given preferences on how they want their meals cooked with options ranging from grilled, fried, sautéed, oven-baked, steamed, tagine-style, and more. To provide a truly bespoke dining savoir-faire, an array of flavours from the finest herbs, spices, and sauces for the marinade and dips, are available to choose from.

Seascape’s ‘catch of the day’ is charged per kilo, while a regular menu featuring a selection of pasta, salads, side dishes, desserts, and drinks is also on offer.
