Action sport brand XDubai launched the new XDubai Slingshot in October, this year. This new ride will see thrill seekers experience a force up to 4 g (fighter jets can pull up to 9 g vertically), and reach speeds of up to 100 km/hr in just half a second as they are propelled 120m over sand and water.
Priced at Dh280 ($76.23) per person, tickets to the XDubai Slingshot include an XDubai cap and Dh50 ($13.61) voucher that can be redeemed at the XDubai Shop for merchandise, or go towards a ticket for an XLine Dubai Marina experience.
Designed for single riders, the Slingshot is the newest edition to XDubai’s portfolio of extraordinary experiences, following in the footsteps of the XLine Dubai Marina which, since opening in December last year.
The XDubai Slingshot is the result of in-depth planning and preparation including extensive safety measures and testing. All riders must meet strict safety requirements and are required to wear safety helmets throughout their experience.
The XDubai Slingshot operates on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays, 9am-12pm and 1pm-7pm at Dubai’s Kite Beach, currently.
