STK opens in Ritz-Carlton Doha

STK, a vibrant American steakhouse has now opened doors in Ritz-Carlton, Doha on the 23rd floor.

Guests are treated to dishes created by the award-winning executive chef, Cesar de Leon Torres, who is originally from Uruguay and brings his 18 years of culinary experience from Latin America, Europe, the United States and Bahrain to Doha. As a meat connoisseur, Chef Cesar takes deep pride in creating dishes which are both delicious and creative. 

STK Doha offers its guests 13 exquisite cuts of quality steak, including Japanese Wagu “Hyda” beef, plus 8 distinctive steak toppings from organic hen’s egg to bacon and blue cheese. Along with the steaks, STK Doha will serve a variety of diverse dishes, appetizers and drinks. The restaurant provides ample options for those looking to indulge in a delicious steak, those who are vegetarians or those seeking non-beef options such as hammour, lobster or a duck breast served with simmered cotton candy. The outlet also boasts live music.
