City Centre Rotana Doha appoints specialty chef for Teatro

City Centre Rotana Doha has welcomed Chef Chanchai Khumkhrong as the new specialty chef for its restaurant Teatro.

Khumkhrong brings with him a wealth of 18 years of experience in Asian cuisine collected from his travels covering several countries and well-known international brands in the hospitality industry.
 
Khumkhrong started his career as cook helper in 1999 in his home country Thailand, which was his starting point in the Asian cuisines and later became his specialty and excellence. He later worked in various prestigious hotel brands around the globe such as Accor, Movenpick, Dusit, Marriott, Hilton, Millennium and others.

On this occasion, Martin Kendall, general manager of City Centre Rotana Doha, said: “It is a great honour for our hotel to welcome such a talented chef who is really enthusiastic about putting his knowledge and creativity to our award-winning Teatro restaurant.
