Rixos Premium Seagate, Rixos El Alamein and Rixos Sharm El Sheikh now open to public

Rixos Hotels Egypt officially announced its reopening early last month, bringing in an exciting new chapter in the Rixos Hotels property after receiving the ‘safety certification’ from the Egypt Tourism Ministry. Rixos Premium Seagate and Rixos El Alamein opened its doors to the public on July 1, and Rixos Sharm El Sheikh will reopen this August.

With the ongoing pandemic, Rixos Egypt has made sure to meet the general regulations for hotels and tourism by the local tourism ministry in accordance with the World Health Organisation’s standards to ensure the safety of both its staff and lodgers. Guests can rest assured that the three leading Rixos Hotels in Egypt complies with the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation in line with the Covid-19 safety precautions.

The three hotels, Rixos Sharm El Sheikh, Rixos Premium Seagate and Rixos Alamein, have rolled out preventative measures to ensure the health and safety of the properties including the instalment of thermal cameras for measuring health status in real-time, luggage disinfection and providing guests with hygiene kits upon arrival to the property.

Rixos Hotels has taken steps in further suppressing the spread of the virus through the use of WhatsApp application, which will assist guests with their inquiries during their stay at the hotels. What’s more, upon the last check out, rooms will be kept empty for 12 hours after deep cleaning and sanitation for the next occupants with a safety seal.

With precise cleaning and sterilisation implementation, vacationers will be ecstatic to experience soaking under the sun with related precautions at the hotel's pool and aquapark pools. Sunbeds will also be available for guests to use with safety precautions. Guests gets to enjoy the scrumptious treat by the hotel’s main restaurants which will serve as open buffet but with proper food handling. Food choices of guests will be served by the chef themselves.

Activities are also available for families to indulge in. Kids Club activities will be done in an open air with social distancing. Adults, on the other hand gets to enjoy evening entertainment following safety measures for a smooth and jump-packed stay at the properties.
