Ascott celebrates 2 years of Ascott Star Rewards with exciting offers

Ascott Limited (Ascott) is offering guests loyalty point bonuses and complimentary tier upgrades as part of ‘Celebrate The Little Joys’ to mark the second anniversary of its loyalty programme – Ascott Star Rewards (ASR), that also coincides with the holy season in the region. 

 

Members can avail the anniversary promotion across properties in the Middle East and Turkey. The offer is valid on bookings made until April 30 and stay period until May 31.

 

The Ascott Star Rewards programme has experienced resounding success since its launch in 2019, with its membership growing to over 400 per cent and 90 per cent of online bookings coming directly from ASR members. Ascott has retained over 60 per cent of its loyalty members as repeat guests with 36 per cent spending more with Ascott in comparison to non-members. ‘Celebrate The Little Joys’ offers members the following ASR points and complimentary tier upgrades: 

 

• Bookings and stays completed from April 1 – May 31 will receive bonus points.

 

• Bookings from April 1 -15 can earn double bonus ASR points

 

• Bookings from April 16 – 30 will receive 2,000 bonus ASR points

 

• As an added value, ASR members can also purchase ASR points directly which will be attributed towards their next stay with Ascott. Members can purchase as little as $100 worth of ASR points to start earning bonus points, receiving up to 50 per cent bonus points.

 

• A year long upgrade for ASR members from ‘Classic’ to ‘Silver’ tier on bookings made before April 30 and completion of stay between April 1 – May 31.

 

• Existing ‘Silver’, ‘Gold’ and ‘Platinum’ tier members will receive 5,000 ASR points when they book their stay from April 1 – May 31.
