With over 30 F&B, entertainment, and wellness options, the Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection, a trilogy of hotels located on Sheikh Zayed Road and on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, is a destination within a destination.

The property is conveniently located and can be accessed by land through Sheikh Zayed Road and sea by RTA water taxis.

The outlets range from lounges and bars to fine dining venues, two spas, three rooftop pools, a kids’ club, and the magical La Perle – a Las Vegas-style extravagant water-themed show by Dragone.

The Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection’s signature outlets include the award-winning World Cut Steakhouse, Habtoor Palace Dubai’s trademark The Polo Bar, American gastropub Ribs and Brews, and the brand new V Hub, which is home to an exhilarating array of facilities.

The property is strongly committed to sustainability efforts and the specific UN goals in this respect, says Soufiane ElAllam, Complex Commercial Director.

“Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection follows specific UN goals in terms of sustainability, as it matches the goals for Hilton and Al Habtoor,” he says.

In this regard, the hotel places emphasis on several areas, including good health and wellbeing. Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection has three gyms, and a personal trainer is available on request. Special tailored classes can be made just for guests, and swimming classes are provided for the little ones upon request. It has its jogging and cycling track and even organizes group cycling led by the concierges. Sport enthusiasts can play tennis at the Al Habtoor Tennis Academy.

Gender equality and women’s empowerment are also important to the Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection. Within the hotel, there are many women leaders, says ElAllam. The hotel also aims to nurture talent by enabling each team member to play to his/her own strengths by offering training and opportunities. Hilton and Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection encourage employees to attend online webinars to constantly evolve and advance in their careers. Since 2022 Q4, 50% of the staff were promoted due to their top performance.

Corporate Social Responsibility is also an essential area for the hotel. The hotels host beach cleaning activities with team members from different departments. They also visit dog shelters with food, so no food goes to waste.

As part of its pioneering sustainablity efforts, the group has installed underground Tesla superchargers, claimed to be the first valet charging service in the world. The group has also added Dubai Can, a sustainability initiative aimed at reducing single-use plastic consumption for employee housing and in front of Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City along the Dubai Water Canal.

The hotel aims to put in place many new sustainability initiatives in 2023, including the reduction of electricity consumption by replacing lights in the rooms with a range of eco-responsible devices with very low energy consumption. This will reduce energy consumption by 5% - 15%.

Digitalization is another area of focus, with the hotel offering guests the option of digital check-in to reduce the use of paper and plastic. Hilton also offers meeting and event planners the option of Carbon Neutral Meetings that support sustainable development projects, reduce carbon emissions, and protect the environment.
