Al Bustan Centre and Residence, a landmark hospitality property located in the heart of Dubai, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and is now gearing up for transformation.

“We are excited to announce the good news soon and plans are in the works,” said Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan, in an interview with TTN at the recently concluded ATM.

“Details of the plans will be shared as we look forward to better serve our loyal guests and long-term clients. These are exciting times for us as we will be able to deliver remarkable transformations for guests to discover,” he said.

Al Bustan Centre and Residence (ABCR) has been a regular participant at the ATM, and El Hayek emphasised the importance of the event for connecting with partners and staying updated on the latest market trends.

El Hayek noted that this year’s ATM was different from previous editions, with a significant increase in participation and visitor numbers. “I believe we haven’t seen such numbers in many years,” he said.

Following the challenges of the pandemic, Al Bustan Centre and Residence has been steadily recovering and has witnessed a healthy increase in occupancy rates.

“We have witnessed a growth compared to last year of approximately 25 per cent, and we are anticipating this to continue till the end of this year,” said El Hayek. “If we take 2019 as a pointer, we are slightly ahead of 2019,” he said.

“We really look forward to another healthy year, and we can see that things are much better and improving,” he said.

With a total of 640 units, Al Bustan Centre and Residence has a large inventory, and the property remains committed to providing a unique and personalised experience to all its guests.

The property’s room categories are designed to meet different market demands, ranging from single and double rooms to one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The two-bedroom apartments, called the Ambassador Suite, are preferred by GCC families. Moreover, Al Bustan is known for its personalised services for loyal guests, which helps maintain the hotel’s high occupancy rates.

He further added that the shopping mall at Al Bustan Centre specialises in dresses for different special occasions. Recently, the first-ever fashion show was successfully held at the mall’s central court where the fabulous designs and collections of the brands and shops were showcased. The two-day event was graced by fashion enthusiasts in Dubai.

“Our shopping mall consists of around 95 shops, but our specialty is wedding dresses and dresses for different occasions, making it a unique and special experience for women in the UAE and GCC. Whenever a woman needs a dress for a special occasion, the first thing that comes to her mind is Al Bustan Centre. We have made it our specialty to provide a unique experience for women who are looking for such garments,” he said.

El Hayek stated that Dubai is constantly coming up with new attractions, and there is something for every budget. He encouraged tourists from all over the world to visit Dubai and experience its unique offerings.
