Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah has unveiled the brand-new SiO2 The Beach Lounge, with an enchanting backdrop of the Gulf of Oman and an inspired food and beverage menu.
“SiO2 The Beach Lounge is one of Muscat’s premier beachfront venues and welcomes Muscat’s diners without any entrance fee,” Rene D. Nestled on the expansive 500-metre Al Bandar beach, facing the resort’s culinary gems, Capri Court and Chow Mee, SiO2 The Beach Lounge is destined to transform Muscat’s coastal experience as the city’s inaugural toes-in-the-sand lounge.
Named after the very elements comprising its sandy shores – quartz, silicon, and oxygen, it’s a place where the earth, breeze and sea unite to craft an unforgettable ambiance.
SiO2 offers a meticulously designed space featuring a thatched roof bar fashioned from palm tree leaves. The fusion of beachside and modern furniture, adorned with light grey tones and adorned with vibrant orange and blue cushions, adds a dash of glamour to the captivating sunset against the Hajar mountains. Drapes enveloping the rattan lounge create an intimate and cozy atmosphere for up to 70 guests.
