June 2015 - Eskan Bank has re-started the feasibility study for the Bander Al Seef mixed-use development project. December 2014 - The project is still on hold. June 2013 - The project is on hold for unknown reasons. March 2013 - Bids for the design consultancy contract is still under evaluation. December 2012 - Financial bids have also been submitted by all the 22 companies. August 2012 - Bahrain’s tender board has received technical bids for master planning & design works contract. July 2012 - Tenders have been invited for the design contract. April 2012 - Feasibility study is being carried out for developing a mixed-use project called Bander Al Seef in Busaiteen, Muharraq. The project is being headed by Eskan Bank.
