Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences has promoted Laura Nicli to General Manager.
With over 18 years of experience in the global hospitality industry, Nicli has demonstrated outstanding leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, team engagement, and sustainability.
She has led Novotel Suites & ibis Mall Avenue Dubai and served as Resort Manager at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa Resort.
Since joining the property in November 2023, Nicli has driven significant milestones, including an 8% year-on-year increase in revenue, a 5% growth at the Residences, and prestigious certifications like Green Globe, LEED, and Safe Hotel.
She also spearheaded initiatives such as the 25th Anniversary Campaign and sustainability collaborations with The Waste Lab.
Nicli was recently shortlisted for the "Future Leader of the Year" category at the GM Awards by Hotelier Middle East.
