flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, will host its UAE National Careers Open Day on August 16 at the flydubai Campus, offering UAE nationals the opportunity to explore career pathways within one of the region’s fastest-growing carriers.
The event highlights flydubai’s ongoing commitment to
developing Emirati talent and supporting the UAE’s national workforce
objectives by creating opportunities across the aviation sector.
Candidates will have the chance to meet recruitment and
talent development teams, learn about the airline’s specialised training
programmes and gain insights into career opportunities within the industry.
Available programmes include the Engineering Apprentice
Programme (AMEL), Flight Dispatcher Programme, Pilot Training Programmes such
as Ab Initio and Second Officer, UAE National Graduate Programmes, and other
development opportunities across operational and corporate functions.
As flydubai continues its expansion, the airline is
investing in building its internal capabilities and strengthening its pipeline
of national talent.
The carrier currently operates a fleet of 97 aircraft and
has more than 300 aircraft on order, supporting future career opportunities
across engineering, flight operations, airport operations, commercial,
technology, finance, human resources and other business areas.
