Dulsco People, a leading workforce and outsourcing solutions company that is part of Dulsco Group, is on track to deliver 50,000 aviation training sessions within a three-year period by the end of 2026, marking a significant milestone in supporting the UAE's rapidly expanding aviation sector with highly skilled, safety-focused personnel.
With just 4,246 course interactions remaining to reach the milestone, the achievement reflects the increasing demand for specialist aviation training as airports, airlines, ground handling providers and cargo operators continue to expand their operations across the UAE.Today, Dulsco People is approved to deliver 36 regulatory and client-authorised training programmes while managing a portfolio of more than 100 training courses covering over 85 aviation roles. The programmes support employees working across airlines, ground handling, cargo and logistics operations in both above-the-wing and below-the-wing functions, spanning landside and airside environments. The milestone comes during a year of continued investment in Dulsco People's aviation training capability. In response to evolving client requirements and operational priorities, the company has introduced four new client-approved training programmes during 2026, further strengthening its ability to deliver tailored learning solutions for aviation employers. The new additions include Introduction to the Aviation Industry (aviation basics), Emergency Response Basic Awareness, Cargo Packaging Services, Introduction to Aviation and Safety, ensuring employees receive the specialist knowledge required for increasingly complex operational environments.Alongside expanding its training portfolio, Dulsco People is also advancing the digital management of aviation learning through a strategic technology partnership with UK-based business, Connected Safety Net, to develop a fully integrated Aviation Learning Management System. The AI-supported platform will provide a smarter, more proactive approach to workforce development by giving training teams and clients complete visibility of individual learning journeys, mandatory certification requirements and upcoming renewals. By bringing together training nominations, scheduling, digital records, certification and compliance monitoring within a single platform, the system will enable bespoke training plans for every employee while providing clients with a real-time overview of workforce competency across their operations. The enhanced visibility will help ensure mandatory training and licence renewals are identified and scheduled well in advance, reducing administrative burden, improving operational resilience and supporting continuous regulatory compliance.Antony Marke, Chief Executive Office of Dulsco People, said: "Whilst the start of 2026 presented its share of challenges for the aviation sector across the region, it has also reinforced the importance of investing in people. Reaching almost 50,000 aviation training sessions in just three years, expanding our portfolio with new client-led programmes and investing in the digital transformation of workforce learning demonstrates how we have continued to evolve alongside our customers' needs. These milestones are not simply about growing our training capability; they are about helping our clients build resilient, highly competent teams that are prepared for the future.”"As we look ahead, our focus is on giving aviation employers complete confidence that their people have the right skills, at the right time, with training managed proactively rather than reactively. We are ending the year in a strong position, with the expertise, technology and capability to support the continued growth of the UAE's aviation industry and the evolving requirements of our clients." He continued.A large portion of all Dulsco People’s aviation training is delivered through the company's Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) training facility in Dubai South, operating as the Dulsco Training Academy. The academy trains Ground Service Equipment Operators and Drivers through RTA-authorised instructors, making Dulsco People the first manpower provider in the UAE to provide this capability. It also develops Aircraft Loaders and Porters to support the continued growth of the country's aviation industry. As the UAE's aviation industry continues to grow, Dulsco People is investing in both specialist training expertise and digital innovation to help employers build resilient, highly skilled workforces that are prepared to meet the sector's evolving operational and regulatory requirements. – TradeArabia News Service
