Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International Middle East and Africa (HSMAI MEA) will host the ninth edition of the HSMAI Commercial Strategy Conference MEA (CSC MEA 2026) on November 17-18 at Conrad Dubai, bringing hospitality commercial leaders together to address industry trends and strategies.
Held under the theme
“Resilience. Agility. Results. The spirit that defines MEA”, the conference
will focus on practical strategies across revenue management, sales, marketing,
digital, distribution, technology and leadership.
Organisers said the
2026 program has been shaped by feedback from the hospitality community, with
artificial intelligence and automation, commercial leadership, market trends,
data analytics, business intelligence, innovation, resilience and change
management among the key topics.
The event will feature
expert presentations, panel discussions, roundtables, master classes, peer
networking and awards.
A new Women Voices@CSC
initiative will spotlight women leaders and their contributions to hospitality
commerce across the region.
A major feature of the
conference will be the ROCKSTAR Awards, recognising on-property hospitality
professionals whose initiatives are driving commercial performance in the
Middle East.
Nine finalists will be
shortlisted and receive coaching from Kim Iskandar, MD, HSMAI Egypt, and Tarek
Labib, Head of Commercial - IMEA, IHG Hotels & Resorts®, before presenting
their strategies live to delegates.
The audience will vote
to select the top three winners. Submissions are open until September 10.
