Vatel Bahrain was presented with a certificate of
appreciation by InterContinental Bahrain during a visit to the college as part
of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Global Customer Appreciation Week.
Sheikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, General Director of
Vatel Bahrain, welcomed the hotel delegation and accepted the certificate on
behalf of the college. The recognition acknowledged Vatel Bahrain’s
participation in the initiative and the longstanding spirit of collaboration
between the two institutions.
Sheikh Khaled thanked InterContinental Bahrain for the
recognition and reaffirmed Vatel Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening its ties
with the hospitality industry. He emphasised that these partnerships help align
the college’s teaching with industry needs and give students opportunities to
develop practical skills, experience professional service standards first-hand
and prepare for successful careers in hospitality.
The InterContinental delegation thanked Vatel Bahrain for
its participation and reaffirmed the hotel’s commitment to building on the
relationship through initiatives of mutual interest, fostering closer ties
between hospitality education and the hotel sector in
