Marriott signs deal for nine hotels, branded residences in Egypt

Marriott International has signed a landmark agreement with Misr Italia Properties and People & Places to develop nine hospitality projects across Egypt, adding more than 1,500 hotel rooms and branded residences as the country expands its tourism and real estate sectors.

Saudi-based Manazel Al Naqaa has signed an agreement with Marriott International to rebrand Shirvan Hotel City Yard Jeddah as an Autograph Collection Hotel. The property will undergo visual identity development and selected enhancement works ahead of its opening in December.
