Arada expands into Australia’s Queensland with $1.3bn twin-tower development

UAE developer Arada has unveiled plans to build a twin-tower residential project at a prime site on the Gold Coast in Australia’s Queensland at a total investment of AED5 billion ($1.36 billion). The Plus Studio-designed scheme will feature 952 homes with a mix of one- to three bedroom units.
