$300m Swissôtel resort to come up on Georgia's Black Sea coast

Georgia's leading developer Archi and NEXT, the country's first international development company, have announced the joint development of Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort, a $300 million premium hotel-residential complex on the Black Sea coast in Kobuleti.
