Sunlife has announced two key internal promotions, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing leadership talent within the Group. Jean-Marc Ma-Poon has been appointed Cluster General Manager – West Coast, overseeing Sugar Beach and La Pirogue. A seasoned Mauritian hotelier with international exposure, he most recently led Sugar Beach following its major renovation. Ma-Poon previously managed Long Beach and earned multiple international hospitality awards. Clency Roméo has been appointed Chief Sustainability Officer of Sunlife. A respected Mauritian hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience, he most recently served as General Manager of Kanuhura Maldives.
