PROJECT DETAILS

The expansion works at the Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah aims to double the leasable space available to 60,000 sqm. The Manar Mall promoters expect to attract more international brands through having the extra space on hand.

The single-level expansion will provide excellent waterfront exposure and views over the local mangroves, creating interest from F&B and fashion retailers. It will attract more customers and offer quality amenities to the people of the surrounding area.

Al Hamra Real Estate Development owns and operates Manar Mall, which is the largest shopping centre in Ras Al Khaimah. Shankland Cox Ltd., is the lead consultant and Cadiz International has designed the expansion of Manar Mall along with refurbishment of the existing facility.

TIMELINE
