Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Chef Cimmino's love for food began at an early age, learning the secrets of authentic Neapolitan cuisine in his mother's kitchen.
His journey in the culinary world has taken him across Italy and beyond, including prestigious roles in Rimini, Trentino Alto Adige, London, Lisbon, Vienna, and most recently, Dubai.
Chef Cimmino's philosophy is simple: "Every plate tells a story," and he believes food is a language that connects people, evoking memories and emotions.
With a strong background in kitchen management, Chef Cimmino has demonstrated expertise in leading culinary teams, creating innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
