Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) and AICA Properties have signed an agreement for METT Ksamil, marking METT’s debut in Albania and expanding its presence along Europe’s growing Mediterranean coastline.
The announcement follows recent deals for METT
Milan Torre Velasca and Casa METT Sitges, taking METT’s
portfolio to 12 hotels, with six currently open.
METT is a key driver of SHG’s
international expansion, with further growth planned
across Europe and Southeast Asia, alongside an upcoming entry
into the Middle East.
SHG’s wider ecosystem now spans 112 destinations
