Royal Jet gets dressed for success

Royal Jet is getting dressed for more success! The Abu Dhabi-headquartered international luxury executive flight services company, which last week announced a record breaking performance for the first nine months of this year, recently presented its new cabin crew uniforms.

The new-look uniforms for female cabin crew and personal chef represent a major change from the timeless classic style and colour of uniform, which has served the airline so well in the eight years since start up.

Displaying a refreshed concept in design, the cut, style, bespoke hat and the addition of new colours, the changes further reflect Royal Jet’s position as an award-winning international luxury flight services provider.

The new uniforms for female cabin crew members consist of a stunning grey blazer, to be worn with a pencil skirt or chic, tailored trousers, and a white striped blouse. As an addition to the new look and feel, a silk scarf and bespoke black hat, designed by talented, Parisian fashion designer Claire Barrat, with the gold Royal Jet logo brooch completes the elegant outfit.

The uniform for the personal chef comprises a sophisticated three-piece, single breasted grey suit combined with a crisp white shirt, made of Swiss cotton. A dark purple tie adds a splash of colour to the new uniform and complements the female cabin crew uniform scarf.

The suits are made of mix-wool, crease-resistant and comfortable cloth to remain unwrinkled for the flight duration and to allow the skin to breathe. Besides creating a classy look, the uniform's design also allows the wearer to move freely, a necessity during the confines of the cabin and in the very rare event of any emergency.

Shane O’Hare, president and CEO, explained that Royal Jet wanted an updated uniform which mirrored the sophistication of the airline while also reflecting its exceptional service standards.

“The new uniforms not only look great, but they signal another phase in Royal Jet’s on-going development. As we look ahead to our ninth year of operation, we’re still a relative youngster, but we are continually evolving and enhancing our product offering – which includes the way our cabin crew present themselves – to best meet the needs of our customers.
