Travelodge Osaka Shinsaibashi opens in central Osaka

Travelodge Hotels Asia (TLA) has officially opened Travelodge Osaka Shinsaibashi, welcoming its first guests on 1 August 2026. 

Located in central Osaka, the 302-room hotel offers travellers convenient access to the city’s major shopping, dining and entertainment attractions.

The property is situated near Nagahoribashi Station and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street and the Dotonbori district.

The celebration also saw the official launch of Trevor, Travelodge Hotels Asia’s new brand mascot. Described as friendly, smart and loyal, Trevor is intended to represent the brand’s warm and approachable personality.

To mark the opening, the hotel has launched its Stay Gold in Osaka promotion, giving guests the chance to win prizes including a gold bar.
