Rajah Abli Blay has been appointed the Lead Resilience, Crisis & Corporate Communications – Senior Manager at Red Sea Global, a PIF company, in Riyadh. Prior to this, she was Associate Director at APCO Worldwide and Head of Communications and Marketing at Atout France Middle East.
