Gulf Air Group Holding has announced new appointments to the senior executive management team of Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier. Captain Qasim Ismaeel has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer. Captain Ismaeel has served Gulf Air for over 30 years, most recently as the Head of Flight Operations. Hanadi Alaali has been appointed as Chief Customer Experience Officer and will focus on building customer comfort and satisfaction. Hanadi holds over 20 years of hospitality experience.
