Mansard Riyadh, a Radisson Collection Hotel, said it has promoted one of its top employees to the position of Director of Marketing & Communications on the strength of her vast experience in hospitality and her passion for driving innovation and excellence in guest engagement.

Originally hailing from Aleppo, Syria, Zinia Alhariri has a double degree in Architecture and English Literature. Her love for architectural artistry and storytelling laid the foundation for her career. She combined her passions for social media, photography, and marketing, igniting a successful venture showcasing the architectural wonders of her hometown.

Driven by her innate people skills and fascination for PR and communications, Zinia embarked on a journey that took her from Riyadh to Dubai, where she worked in media, marketing, and communications across various industries, including beauty and fashion.

However, it was her transition to the hospitality industry that transformed her professional trajectory.

Passionate about luxury, design, and the art of hospitality, Zinia found her calling at Mansard Riyadh, where she quickly made an impact under the guidance and leadership of the General Manager of the hotel, Firas Mneimneh.

Her dedication has led to numerous achievements within a short span.

"Zinia’s remarkable journey and proven track record of success truly exemplify the values of excellence and innovation that define our team at Mansard Riyadh,” said Firas Mneimneh, General Manager of Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

“Her unique background, coupled with her passion for hospitality, makes her the ideal leader to spearhead our marketing and communication efforts. We look forward to her innovative ideas and unwavering commitment to excellence as we continue to elevate the guest experience and strengthen our presence in Riyadh.”

Radisson Hotel Group said it remains committed to achieving balanced leadership by supporting more women to take on leadership roles within the company.

The group has set a target of 50% women in leadership by 2030. Currently, the leadership of the group consists of 32% female leaders, including general managers at the hotel level as well as director-level and above at the corporate office level. This represents a 16 percentage points increase since 2018. – TradeArabia News Service
