The Global Visitors Summit (GVS) and the China Visitors Summit (CVS) will join forces this year for a landmark international travel trade event, bringing together 150 top-tier Chinese travel buyers and 60+ key buyers from the GCC, India, Russia, Western Europe, Brazil and other rapidly growing travel source markets.
This will be the largest China travel industry event held outside of China, dedicated to global Chinese outbound tourism development. In addition, the GVS and CVS combination will be the largest travel industry matchmaking event for emerging travel markets ever produced in the UAE. Taking place on August 25 and 26 at the SO/Uptown Dubai, the event will offer a unique opportunity for the UAE and regional travel suppliers to engage directly with the world's most dynamic and influential travel markets. Over the course of two days, travel suppliers will participate in one or both events. Each supplier will select up to 54 pre-scheduled meetings with their preferred buyers and receive full contact details for every attending buyer–ensuring a highly targeted and productive B2B experience. This flexible model empowers suppliers to focus on the markets most relevant to their business needs, from China to the Middle East and beyond. “This combined format gives travel suppliers the power to focus on the markets that matter most to their business,” said Alexander Glos, CEO of China i2i Group. “China remains the single most important outbound market in global tourism today, and by integrating it with other high-potential regions like the GCC, India, and Europe, we’re giving suppliers a smarter and more dynamic way to grow international business.” The event is organised by China i2i Group, in partnership with The Representation Alliance, which is curating buyer delegations from outside China. The UAE-based event host is DNATA, one of the region’s most respected travel and hospitality providers.
