Cloudbeds has announced a new affiliation with Preferred Hotels & Resorts, joining the group’s Alliance Partner Program and becoming a recommended provider of unified hotel management technology for member properties worldwide.
The partnership will give Preferred Hotels & Resorts
member hotels access to Cloudbeds’ hospitality management platform, designed to
help properties improve operational efficiency and support profitable growth.
Built on a unified data model, the platform connects hotel
operations, distribution, guest experience and revenue marketing, providing
teams with real-time visibility across their businesses.
Cloudbeds said the platform’s AI-powered insights and
automation can help hotels anticipate demand, optimize pricing and personalize
guest engagement.
Its open architecture also supports integrations with
specialist systems, including the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Booking
Engine, while enabling hotels to scale across multiple properties.
“Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a defining name in luxury
hospitality, bringing together extraordinary properties with an exceptional
commitment to service,” said Rafael Blanes, Chief Growth Officer at Cloudbeds.
“Hotels of this distinction deserve technology that matches their ambition and
the standards their guests expect. This partnership is about giving member
hotels the confidence and capacity to grow while keeping their teams focused on
the care and attention that define luxury hospitality.”
Michael Osgood, Vice President, Partnerships, Preferred
Hotels & Resorts, said the partnership would provide member properties with
additional technology resources as the hospitality sector evolves.
“At Preferred Hotels & Resorts, we are committed to
providing our member hotels with innovative resources that help them operate
more effectively and compete successfully in an evolving marketplace,"
said Michael Osgood, Vice President, Partnerships, Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
"Cloudbeds offers flexible technology solutions that support operational
efficiency, enhance guest engagement, and create opportunities for business
growth, making them a valuable addition to our Alliance Partner Program."
Preferred Hotels & Resorts represents more than 625
