Carna by Dario Cecchini has appointed esteemed chef Tony Leonardi, as the new Chef de Cuisine. Born and raised in Paris, France, Chef Leonardi began his culinary journey at the age of 18. In 2007, Leonardi began his career as a Commis Apprentice at Le Troquet Christian Etchebest Bistro Restaurant.
